Yoga Tools For Stress Management

Stress in an iStress managemtnnevitable part of our lives. In many ways stress is necessary and beneficial however, when it feels as if the weight of the world is on your shoulders it’s time to do something. Having taught this program here in San Antonio and at the beautiful beach-side resort Maya Tullum in Mexico.  I invite you to join me as I lead you through the five senses offering you valuable “Tools for Your Toolbox” to reduce, manage, accept or change the ways you deal with stress.

We will have the workshop first (10-noon) followed by a 30 minute
gentle yoga class, guided meditation and aromatherapy relaxation.
Cost: $50 ($45 if paid by August 19th) Included is a comprehensive handout, folder and organic lavender aromatherapy eye pillow.  Call today for availability, your payment is your registration.

Restorative Yoga is back on the first Saturday of each the month(September 2nd) from 10:00 am-12:00 noon with Randy.    Allow yourself this time of Yoga pampering where it all about your relaxing and nurturing experience.  The room is preset with mats, blankets and all the props you will need to walking in the door, lay down and passively enjoy yourself.  I have a 5 student minimum, 15 student maximum.  Preregistration is required  www.sanantonioyogacenter.comand can be done on our website with the payment online tab.  A highly recommended class for all levels of practice.   $25.

Rachana is certified to teach meditation & mindfulness. She has a wonder and curiosity of the human mind, and pursued her education and profession in psychology and counseling in India. Her curiosity led her on a quest for understanding the mind, and she developed a desire to explore deeper. Rachana started with her personal meditation practice and acquired a broad knowledge of spirituality. She found it all so overwhelmingly beautiful that she felt compelled to share meditation with the world. Eventually she enrolled in McLean Meditation Institute, where she expanded her meditation knowledge and teaching experience. Rachana’s approach is compassionate and simple. She finds it a privilege to teach meditation to anyone with a willingness to learn, including reaching out as a volunteer. She has volunteered with homeless shelters in her community and conducted group meditation sessions.
