We welcome you to drop in to any yoga class that suits your schedule, no registration required!  

 2018 Class Card Policy Change: in the past, class cards did not expire. In 2018, previous card holder will have until the end of April to complete their cards.  All new cards expire 16 weeks after purchase.

 Shared class cards are available for (only) Randy and David’s classes, you prepay (cash or check) for ten classes and we give you ONE additional class free (overall cost for 11 classes is approximately $9.00 each).

*******Class Descriptions: Choose a class based on your experience and ability level or call the office for guidance. 
Consult your doctor/physician and ensure you are fit for Asana and Pranayam.  If you are suffering from any medical condition please let instructor know before the class.  You should not attend this class if you are suffering from any of the symptoms of Cold, flu, fever, runny nose or condition that needs medical attention or doctor has advised you not to do asana/exercise.

All Levels: Come as you are! All Level classes are suitable for beginners, masters and everyone in between. These classes offer modifications so that you can customize your class to fit your specific needs and level of expertise.

Ayam Yoga (HEATED) Ayam refers to Control. This class embodies beginners Restorative and Stress release Asana, Pranayamic breathing and aspects of meditation specifically designed to join the physical and mental aspects of Asana and Pranayam.  Avoid eating heavy food 4 hours before the class, fruits, yogurt or  light snacks can be eaten an hour before the class. Please drink at least half liter of water half an hour before the class and keep yourself hydrated during the day. Avoid alcohol before and after the class.  Dress in light exercise clothes that are comfortable and bring a Yoga mat (or use one of ours) and a bottle of water.

On the SECOND Sunday of the Month
Intermediate PLUS: David’s classes will offer an engaging asana practice PLUS an introduction to  inversions.

Level 1 – Beginner: classes are designed for those who have had no previous exposure to yoga, but are eager to learn and start experiencing the amazing benefits of a yoga practice. The beginner student needs slow-paced direction and a great level of detail so they can become familiar with basic yoga poses and use of the breath.

Level 2 – Experienced Beginner: classes are designed for those who have had some exposure to yoga, including an introduction to basic yoga poses and proper alignment. The experienced beginner student would like to explore their practice and begin to become more familiar with poses and use of the breath.

Level 3 – Intermediate: classes are designed for those who have a good understanding of the basic yoga postures, and have begun to explore a wider variety of poses and styles. The intermediate student understands the relationship between breath and movement.

Level 3 PLUS: includes everything in a Level 3 class PLUS versions of Sun Salutations, Gentle backbends, appropriate inversions.  Props will be available for modifications

Morning Yoga: Start the day stretching, bending and getting ready for the day ahead.  The class is eclectic with variations of the Sun Salutation  and other traditional asana (poses).  modifications are made-suitable for experiences beginners and up.

Restorative Yoga (offered once a month on the 1st Saturday): A therapeutic style of yoga utilizing props and a handful of supported poses held for extended periods (10 minutes or longer) this grounding, peaceful and meditative practice promotes a sense of physical, mental and emotional balance and reduces the effects of stress and anxiety. Saturday Morning Stretch: Hatha Level 2-3 This class is designed to help you focus on the present moment. We will begin each class with a few minutes of Pranayama (breath work), followed by silent centering. This will allow you to focus on the “now” and become more aware of your body. We will practice gentle Sun Salutations, and work on opening the body and mind, as we focus on proper alignment, before introducing you to our peak pose. Although it is not necessary to have an established Yoga practice, it is recommended that you have some background.    

SUN YOGA: class begins with an inspirational quote, followed by 5 minutes of mindful meditation. The practice is a modified and abridged version of the Primary Ashtanga Series,. It is a moderately paced set sequence of poses practiced with vinyasas.

TNT Thursday Night Themed (Hatha-Yoga)This class is structured around a specific asana (pose) or topic, (i.e.: hip openers, shoulders, hamstrings, balance etc.).  Check our FB page for weekly details. (EASY) Vinyasa Flow: A flowing series of connected poses that challenge the mind, body and spirit. Women’s Hatha: A class dedicated to the physical and emotional needs of women.
